I like to think of eyeglasses as an accessory piece, something that I can add to complete an outfit. Since I don't like wearing contacts, I always look for stylish yet practical specs. Proopticals.com was kind enough to let me choose a pair of eyeglasses from their website and this cat-eye pair was a love at first sight. At $19.95, I say it's a pretty good bang for your buck! ;)

And just how gaaawwwwjuuusss is this lace dress? It was described as a "buyer's choice" and I simply couldn't resist! I love the Victorian feel to it. The delicate lace overlay top and the scallop-hemmed bottom make an irresistible combination. I wore it with a black moto jacket and black lace-up wedge booties to make the outfit look more Fall-appropriate ;) It was too cold outside for me to take a picture of the dress without the jacket, but you can see a full picture of it on the website. Ha funny, I just finished a pre-written post about (fake) glasses for Friday in which I ask if glasses are an accessory just like a belt or necklace etc. or not. And then I come here and read about it :)

First off, I adore these eyeglasses on you. You look so freakin' cute in them. I think I need a pair like those in my life. I loathe contact lenses, but I wear them everyday. I wish I had 20/20 vision. Maybe one day I'll be able to get Lasik.
And now on to that gorgeous dress of yours. I love it so much on you. You know I'm a sucker for anything scallop-y. Does it run true to size?

Good to know about these glasses, I am pretty much blind but am also not a fan of contacts. My glasses really are part of who I am, so I'm always interested to learn about new companies!
